By using Nuwzly, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

The Service

Nuwzly provides personalized audio news briefings generated by artificial intelligence. Briefings are synthesized from publicly available news sources and are intended for informational purposes only. We are not a news publisher and do not create original reporting.

Your Account

You must be at least 13 years old to use Nuwzly. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

You need an account to use Nuwzly. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time from the app's Settings.

Content Accuracy

Briefings are generated using AI and may occasionally contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. While we strive for accuracy through verification against source material, Nuwzly should not be your sole source of news for critical decisions. We encourage you to verify important information with primary sources.

Subscriptions

Nuwzly offers free and premium tiers. Premium unlocks evening briefings, long format, playback speed control, and ad-free listening.

Both plans include a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Payment is charged to your account with the app store through which you purchased the subscription (Apple App Store or Google Play). The subscription automatically renews unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings. Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Refunds are handled by the respective app store per their refund policy.

App Store License

If you downloaded Nuwzly from the Apple App Store, your use is also subject to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). If you downloaded from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.

Intellectual Property

The Nuwzly app, brand, audio content, and associated materials are owned by WaffleSoft. News stories are synthesized from third-party sources and attributed accordingly within the briefing.

Limitation of Liability

Nuwzly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. WaffleSoft is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to decisions made based on briefing content.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Nuwzly at any time if you violate these terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately, but the Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property sections survive.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated through the app.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.
